DESIGN PRESENTATION AND PLANNING
We start with a 30-minute introductory call to determine if we're a good match. If so, we'll schedule a meeting to discuss your current or planned home, your objectives, lifestyle, design preferences, project scope, budget, and timeline, as well as how we can make this process smooth for you. After this meeting, you'll receive a proposal for our services.
After our initial discussion, we'll craft a comprehensive proposal laying out our suggested plan, the work involved, the deliverables you'll receive, the timeline, and the estimated cost. This is the stage where we unleash our design prowess. We'll develop a design, collect all the necessary project information, and present you with a complete design package.
PROPOSAL AND REVIEW
Once the plan is given the green light, we'll start the design process. This includes more conversations to nail down the project's finer points, like. Once the design is done, we'll arrange a presentation with 3D digital tours, material samples, and CAD drawings. Our design package always includes one round of revisions to make sure we hit the mark.
Once we have a detailed plan, we will move into the execution phase. Our team is dedicated to bringing your project to life and providing regular progress updates. Our comprehensive project management system is designed to ease the burden on our clients. Your feedback is valued throughout the process, and we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the results meet your expectations and goals. We collect all the required deposits to start the renovation phase. All furnishing and fixture orders are placed and sent to our warehouse for storage and inspection until they are ready for delivery. Our team coordinates, schedules, and ensures all trades are on-site, conducting regular site visits and quality checks. Budget tracking and weekly check-ins are part of our project management service, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
PROCUREMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our turn-key installation service offers a seamless and stress-free approach to our service. Once the renovation phase concludes, we will schedule an installation date to bring all furnishings, art, and decor to the site.
